The poles are great. I did not get the promised baskets but maybe they are coming in a different order?

I also thought there was a travel/ carrying bag but that was likely my mistake.

Love these poles!!

For me, the best part of these poles are the grips. The arthritis in my hands make it difficult (painful) to grip regular poles. The pole grips on these poles let me "rest" my hands on the little "shelf", and I have no problems or pain holding the grip on the poles. Love these!!
